Shipped: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it (www.17track.net). You can also find the tracking details of your order on the “My Orders” page and the confirmation email sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order is placed on our website, it will ship within 2-3 business days Generally, shipments take about 7-15 business days. Delays may occur due to bad weather, incorrect addresses, peak winter season and customs clearance.
If you have an urgent order, our team can do their best to accommodate your request. Additional expediting shipping will be required and you will need to contact us before you place the order at kallspin.com.
We can change your shipping address as long as the product has not been shipped and not in the processing status. If the package has shipped already or is already in the process of shipping, we cannot change the address and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives safely. If the item arrived broken, damaged or with defects, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date and then follow the instructions in the email.
If there are no quality-related issues, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the items price after we have received your package and inspected it.
-All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

1) Size not as ordered: You can contact our customer service directly for a full refund or a free replacement of the item in the correct size.To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive the exchange. The customer is responsible for the two way shipping .
2) Size as ordered but does not fit: There may be a 3 cm/1.5 inch size inaccuracy due to hand measurements. You can contact us and apply for a return. In these cases, you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We recommend you carefully check the size of your items before ordering.
3) If the size difference is greater than 3cm or 1.5 inch, we will cover the cost of the return postage. Please contact us to arrange a return.
The precise color of the items may vary depending on the specific computer screen, the settings and the lighting conditions. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mismatched. However, if you feel that you have received an item in the wrong color you can follow the same procedure as detailed in the section above “Received the wrong item“.
Sorry to hear that, but sure you can get a refund. First, return all unwashed and unworn sweater in its original condition and package within 30 days of receipt. Shipment cost of the return is paid by the customer. Contact us for a return label. Then, with our inspection, a full amount refund will be credited to your payment method.
