United States shipping

Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard US shipping. Eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts; the final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are handed to the carrier within 2 calendar days, including weekends. US delivery usually takes 4-10 calendar days from the date of order, including processing. US carriers deliver Monday-Friday, not Saturday or Sunday. Weekends, holidays, weather, customs and address issues may extend the estimate; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For other available destinations, delivery usually takes 5-15 calendar days from the date of order. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. The $49 free-shipping offer applies to US orders only.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will email your tracking number and tracking link. You can also view tracking details through your order confirmation.

Address changes

Contact kallspinservice@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes are only possible before the order enters shipping processing.

Returns

Request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting kallspinservice@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging. Clearance items are excluded.

Customers pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. No restocking fee applies. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us with details so we can arrange a resolution under our return policy.
